Aidoni combines the best technologies and developments of the last 60 years in loudspeaker production. The sound is natural and transparent, and the wide and deep sound stage is impressive. Beyond 110dB, Aidoni becomes an exceptional athlete. The power and clarity of the reproduction is unrivalled, whether you're playing Metallica, Mahler, Daft Punk or Chris Barber. With an efficiency of 101 dB/w/m, it doesn't matter whether Aidoni is operated with a single-ended 25W triode or a 1000W transistor output stage, the result remains the same. The technical values are first-class: frequency response, phase response, impulse response, distortion and decay spectrum.

Crystal-clear highs.
Our specifications for the high-frequency range are clear and demanding. The tweeter must have high sensitivity, withstand sound pressures above 120 dB without distortion and handle 500-1000W without load resistance. Only a few high-frequency drivers even came into consideration. A pressure chamber hybrid driver and a large AMT, charged with a Taktrix horn, achieve these benchmarks. The high frequencies are complemented by a rear-adjustable AirMotion Transformer. The result is impressive, with infinite resolution and power reserves. The precision in temporal and spatial resolution allows the ears to explore the sound spaces in the finest granularity. The overtones of the individual instruments are so clearly resolved in terms of time and space that confusion between woodwind instruments is a thing of the past. The contours of the music appear genuine and not sharpened.

Deep black bass.

The bass is fast and bone dry, extending to below 20Hz. The precision in the bass is achieved through the use of closed enclosures without reflex ports. In the lowest three octaves, physics is supported by a high-performance DSP and 1000W per channel. The enclosure remains motionless despite the enormous displacement volume of the two 15-inch drivers. Impulse compensation, enclosure shape and layer construction all contribute to full bass enjoyment.

Silky mids.

The midrange driver only has to fill four octaves, but this is where the biggest challenge lies. The human ear is most sensitive in this range and does not forgive mistakes. A single note from a voice or a clarinet reveals whether it is right or wrong. The path to our solution was difficult, but we found it. An exponential paper cone, a precisely balanced and low-loss crossover in an open baffle setting, and numerous modifications produce the desired excellent midrange: natural, seamless and fast with high efficiency.

Aidoni consists of three high-performance modules whose technologies and materials are very different. The challenge was to combine these three modules into one instrument. In a complex process, all components were optimised down to the last detail (including the adhesive used) to achieve perfect sound, so that Aidoni's electrical and mechanical components achieve seamless reproduction. For perfect focus and exceptional 3D imaging, the speaker chassis are positioned extremely close to each other. The cabinet construction, the non-parallel surfaces and the internal damping complete the harmony. The reproduction is completely detached from the speaker and the music emerges from the silence.

The design language, quality and craftsmanship are extraordinary. All components used are sourced from Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands or France. The loudspeakers are built and tuned in Berlin. All proportions correspond to Greek harmony theory and follow Feng Shui principles. Piano lacquer or solid precious wood, high-gloss on a solid bronze or brass base, complete our image of perfection.

Everyone who hears Aidoni recognizes that the music sounds different. It is a pleasant and exciting difference, often described by listeners as airy, unlimited or even unrestrained. The motto "freedom instead of control" is an important basic principle of the loudspeaker. It reflects the philosophy of SoundSpace Systems and is a key reason why the music is conveyed so emotionally. The chassis play freely. Interventions are avoided wherever possible. The membranes are light, the crossovers are highly efficient and store little energy. Connected amplifiers have an easy job. There are no load resistors and the signal travels through silver. The result is clear to hear. The overtone spectra produce natural mids. The bass and treble work together perfectly, resulting in bell-like highs and incredibly precise and fast bass.
