The driver behind SoundSpace Systems is Dr. Michael Plessmann. It was only a question of time until his passion for music, audio systems and absolute perfection turned into something real: a perfect loudspeaker. His dream became reality to create loudspeakers that reveal the emotion and the power captured in music.

Dr. Michael Plessmann is passionate about music and audio systems for almost 50 years. He holds a Ph.D in physics. Always on a quest for perfect high-end sound solutions he gathered a network of audiophiles around him. Together as a team they tried the impossible to achieve the possible - going beyond existing concepts. Michael’s experience and aspiration led into the articulation of what perfect sound reproduction for speakers means: accuracy, power and expression. He created a prototype for SoundSpace System’s listening room. The feedback from the sounding board was undeniable: perfection in a speaker.

SoundSpace Systems was created to give audiophiles and music lovers the pleasure of listening to music through loudspeakers of unparalleled performance.

Michael’s obsession for perfection sent him in relentless pursuit of the right answers. SoundSpace Systems’ speaker designs draw on the best available technologies from the past 60 years and include many forgotten treasures. It rigorously applies low mass membranes and efficient crossovers, leaving no space for waste energy.

Our loudspeakers are the product of the finest components from Germany, the Netherlands, France and Denmark that are assembled and tuned by hand and ear in Germany. This is complemented by selecting only the best materials available coordinated for a perfect sound. Every detail, right down to handwoven cables, is optimized to achieve performance, harmony and freedom. The result is clear: Feel the music.
